Welcome to RAK Photobooths. By accessing our website or purchasing our DJEP Setup Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
RAK Photobooths LLC provides consulting and "Done-For-You" setup services for the DJ Event Planner (DJEP) CRM platform. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DJ Event Planner or its parent company. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing our services and filling out intake forms. You are responsible for reviewing all configurations, contracts, pricing, and automated emails we set up on your behalf before using them with your own clients. You are solely responsible for the content of any communications sent from your DJEP account.
Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services. All sales are final once the setup process begins, defined as the Consultant's first login to your DJEP account. If you request a cancellation before the setup begins, a full refund will be issued minus a 5% payment processing fee. No refunds will be issued for partially completed setups.
Standard delivery is completed within 5–7 business days of receiving your completed intake form and confirmed payment. Priority delivery (Premium tier) is completed within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines begin upon receipt of a fully completed intake form. Incomplete submissions will delay the timeline.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request minor revisions, such as typo corrections or minor pricing adjustments. Requests for major structural changes or work outside the original scope will be quoted separately at our standard consulting rate.
All original content, templates, playbooks, and materials created and provided by RAK Photobooths remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim our templates, playbooks, or email sequences as your own original work.
By providing your DJEP login credentials, you authorize RAK Photobooths LLC to access your account for the sole purpose of completing the purchased setup service. We will not use your credentials for any other purpose, and we will not share or permanently store them. You are strongly advised to change your DJEP password immediately upon completion of the service.
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive to provide the highest quality setup based on industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific financial results, increased bookings, or error-free operation of the DJEP software. Results will vary based on your market, pricing, and business operations.
In no event shall RAK Photobooths LLC, its owners, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or your use of the DJEP platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
