This Agreement is entered into between RAK Photobooths LLC ("Consultant") and the purchasing client ("Client") upon submission of payment and the completed intake form.
Consultant agrees to provide "Done-For-You" setup services for the Client's DJ Event Planner (DJEP) account based on the tier selected at checkout. Services include configuring packages, pricing, email templates, scheduled email rules, and booking helpers as described on the service page at the time of purchase.
Client agrees to provide Consultant with temporary administrative access to their DJEP account for the sole purpose of completing this setup. Client authorizes Consultant to log in, modify settings, and create templates on their behalf. Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, pricing, and contract terms via the intake form. Consultant is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
Standard delivery is completed within 5–7 business days of receiving a completed intake form and confirmed payment. Priority delivery (Premium tier) is completed within 24–48 hours. Client has 7 days from the date of delivery to request minor revisions. Major changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
Consultant is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with DJ Event Planner. Consultant provides the setup based on Client's instructions and industry best practices. Consultant is not liable for any loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of DJEP or the configurations implemented. Client is solely responsible for reviewing all contracts, pricing, and automated emails before sending them to their own customers.
All original templates, email sequences, and playbook materials created by RAK Photobooths remain our intellectual property. Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own business. Client may not resell or redistribute these materials as their own.
Consultant will use Client's DJEP login credentials strictly for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. Credentials will not be stored, shared, or sold. Client is strongly advised to change their DJEP password immediately upon completion of the service.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
By submitting payment and completing the intake form on the RAK Photobooths DJEP Setup Service page, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. This electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between the parties.
